Mr. Ashok Kumar Trivedi is a Managing Partner at SWAT Capital LLC. He serves as an Executive at IAN Consultancy Services and as an advisor of Russian Hill Ventures LLC. He co-founded Mastech, Inc. and Mastech Holdings, Inc.

He co-founded iGate Corporation and served as its President from October 1996 to April 1, 2008. From 1988 to September 1996, he served as the President of iGate Corp. and held other offices, including Secretary and Treasurer. He is the co-founder of Ashoka University. He has been awarded honors for his Entrepreneurship by Ernst & Young, Inc. Magazine, the Pittsburgh Venture Capital Association, the American Society of Engineers of Indian Origin, the Association of Indians in America and Robert Morris College.

He holds an MBA from Ohio University and a Masters and Bachelors in Physics from Delhi University. He also attended the Owner & President Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
