Kusum comes with 20 years of development sector experience in implementing programmes in  Education . She has also worked large NGOs, UN Agencies and the Government of Odisha implementing programmes and  in defining the strategies for organizations to develop scalable and sustainable models for impacts. In Magic Bus since 7 years, she has set up and scaled programmes in the states of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa, Tamil Nadu and Kerala and currently leads the  Livelihood programme across India.
